·        For Month or Annual Passes, the subscription period will start when you redeem your gift.   

·        Gifts for Pay-Per-View Events must be redeemed before or during the event period.  Purchasers and recipients of gifts must agree to Sky Sport Now's Terms of Use.

How does a Gift Pass work?

·        Choose the pass you want to gift.

·        Enter your gift recipient’s email address.

·        Complete the check out process.

·        You will receive an email confirming your purchase.

·        Your gift recipient will receive an email with a link to redeem the gift.

·        Your gift recipient can redeem the gift by clicking ‘redeem’ within their email.

·        Your gift recipient will receive redemption confirmation email. This confirms their pass is now activated.

What Gift Passes are available?

You can gift a Month or Annual Pass.  You can also gift a Pay Per View Pass for a specific event. 

Can I delay sending the redemption email to the gift recipient?

No.   Once you have completed checkout the recipient will receive an email address within minutes.

Can I add a personalised message?

Yes, you can add a personalised message. This will be included on the email sent to your gift recipient

I want to redeem my gift but I already have an active Sky Sport Now subscription.

We recommend you redeem your gift after your current subscription ends.

When my gifted subscription period ends will I automatically be rolled onto a Sky Sport Now subscription?

No, when your gifted subscription period ends you will no longer have access to Sky Sport Now.

To continue to access Sky Sport Now you will need to purchase a new Sky Sport Now subscription.

Can I transfer my gift once I redeem?

No, you are not able to transfer your gifts to another person once you redeem your gift.

When do I need to redeem my gift?

You can redeem your Month or Annual Pass at anytime. Once you redeem gift your Sky Sport Now subscription will be active immediately.

If you are gifted a Pay-Per-View Pass, you will need to redeem before or during the event.
